Tracey brings a versatile background within Football to Player Care and Support Services.
She is extremely passionate about football and her love of the game began at 8 years old when her Step-Dad George took her to watch his team, Hibernian Football Club. A passion she now shares with her 2 younger daughters.
Tracey has a strong Administrative and PA/Executive Office background working within various sectors. She ran her own business for 10 years offering remote Property Management and Executive Office services.
Her voluntary work within football began in 2015 when she started taking the minutes at the Working Together Group run by Hibernian FC supporters to work with the club on various initiatives. She was then voted onto the Board at Hibernian Football Club by fellow supporters to represent them and work towards bridging the gap between supporters and the Club.
She was also asked during this time to work with new players coming into the club with helping them with visa’s, accommodation, bank accounts, vehicles etc.
Tracey served as a Non-Executive Director from March 2017 until she resigned in December 2019.
Tracey then went onto serve on the Board as Non-Executive Director with Hibernian Women’s Football Club which was incorporated in January 2020. A challenging time as two months in and we were into lockdown. A working group was set up to assist with the transition of the Women’s team into the Football Club at Hibernian FC working within a Hybrid Model. The transition was finalised in July 2022. An exciting time for all involved.
Tracey went onto work with Hibernian FC as Player Care Liaison Officer on a full-time employed basis working predominantly with the First Team but also with the Development squad and Women’s Team.
She is extremely proud of her input into the Club’s EDI working group. As a female in this industry and working with a diverse squad, it’s important for everyone to feel included and have a voice.
